Everyone knows the power of word-of-mouth endorsements. That is why customer testimonials can be so influential – particularly when they are genuine, unsolicited and from the heart.

If you receive a glowing e-mail from a customer about the benefits of your product, you can use it to help spread the word to prospective new clients.

Here at InspectRealEstate, we were blown away with a great e-mail that was sent to us by one of our clients, Denise Pinwill, of First National Beerwah. We thought it was so good, we asked Denise for her permission to use it in an advertisement!

She said yes – and here’s the advert that was created as a result.
